CULTURAL RELATIONS WITH CHINA,

With reference to item 6 of the Winutes of

the 29th meeting 1 circulate for the Committee's

consideration a Kemerendum by Lord Lugard.

Lord Lugard, bosides being an ex-Governor of the

Colony, is a Life Member of the Court of the

University, and a Gember of ita Lenden Conmilting

Committee. He is also the Representative on the

Universities' Bureau of the Hong Kong University and

a Member of the Universities China Committee.
